REFUND POLICY

Due to the laborious, handcrafted nature of our cakes, once your cake order has been confirmed we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom cake orders. Our goal is always to have you leave with a smile, we will try our best to accommodate your cancelations and change requests within 12 hours of your cake being confirmed, however it is not guaranteed. Once the cake leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for any damages that occurs to the cake. Thank you for ordering from us!
